1. A system for manufacturing a uniform imperviously coated fabric comprising:
a) a fabric layer positioned to allow a computer controlled robotic sprayer to traverse over the fabric; and b) the computer controlled robotic sprayer activated to spray a determined quantity of coating over a determined fabric surface area.
