The present invention relates to a light exposure apparatus for producing a lead frame having a new structure which enables prevention of errors occurring due to the sagging of first and second masks (21, 22) composed of a glass material. The light exposure apparatus for producing a lead frame according to the present invention has the first and second masks (21, 22) configured to be extended in the vertical direction, and has a copper plate (1) arranged so that a middle portion thereof passes through a space portion between the first and second masks (21, 22) via boundary surfaces of guide rollers (41, 42, 43, 44) equipped on a main body (10). Consequently, the present invention has an advantage of preventing the first and second masks (21, 22) composed of glass panels from sagging downwardly due to the weight thereof, and so an error does not occur when sensitizing a photosensitive film coated on both sides of the copper plate (1) by irradiating light using a lighting means (30), thereby preventing occurrence of defects in a finally produced lead frame. |
