The present invention relates to the technical field of display, and disclosed are a data voltage compensation method, data voltage compensation device and display device, for reducing the drain current of a thin film transistor (TFT), and reducing or eliminating vertical crosstalk. The data voltage compensation method comprises: determining whether a current frame picture is the same as a previous frame picture (S101); if the current frame picture is the same as the previous frame picture, then outputting a compensation voltage to compensate the data voltage of the current frame picture (S102); and outputting picture information according to the compensated data voltage (S103). |
