The present invention relates to a halogen fusion apparatus system which predicts lifetime of a halogen lamp by measuring and analyzing voltage, current and resistance values of the halogen lamp used as a heat source in a halogen fusion apparatus and informing of a replacement time of the halogen lamp in advance through the predicted lifetime of the halogen lamp, and is capable of maintaining uniform fusion conditions by controlling input voltage and current values supplied to the halogen lamp through measured real-time resistance values of the halogen lamp, and to a method of managing the lifetime of a halogen lamp of the halogen fusion apparatus system. A halogen fusion apparatus system according to the present invention includes: a halogen lamp which is used as a heat source; a voltage supply module part which supplies a voltage and a current to the halogen lamp; a voltage measuring module part which measures a voltage value outputted from the halogen lamp; a current measuring module part which measures a current value flowing in the halogen lamp; and a control module part which predicts lifetime of the halogen lamp by measuring and analyzing voltage, current and resistance values of the halogen lamp, informs of a replacement time of the halogen lamp, and controls input voltage and current values which are supplied to the halogen lamp according to a lifetime limit reference value by calculating resistance values of the halogen lamp in real time. |
