The present invention relates to a mesh electrode for a heart resynchronization therapy and a method for manufacturing the same and, more particularly, to a mesh electrode for a heart resynchronization therapy that is formed to have a wire which has a first biocompatible rubber layer in which silver nano wires are dispersed and a second biocompatible rubber layer formed to be adjacent to the first biocompatible rubber layer, and a method for manufacturing the same.
