DEFECT TESTING APPARATUS OF ADHESIVE BONDING JIG AND BONDING FRAME FOR BRAKE SHOE OF AUTOMOBILE DRUM BRAKE

The present invention relates to a bonding jig to bond a brake shoe of an automobile drum brake and an apparatus to test a defect of a bonding frame. The bonding jig (36) is supplied between a movable block (16) and a fixed block (12) of a bonding jig test unit (22) and operates the movable block (16) through a servo motor (16). Then, a load cell (18) measures compressive force of a spring (60) to test a defect. A bonding frame (48) is combined between a movable block (28) and a fixed block (24) of a bonding frame test unit (32) installed around the bonding jig test unit (22) and then operates the movable block (28) through an air cylinder (26), so that a linear gauge (30) measures a proceeding distance until tension is applied to the bonding frame (48), so as to test the defect. Therefore, the defect test of the bonding jig (36) is done reliably without help of a worker, and also defect test of the bonding frame (48) is also done. Thus, the bonding jig can prevent adhesion failure due to degradation of pressurizing force during a pressurizing bonding process of a brake shoe (62).
