The present invention relates to a heat exchanger manufacturing method for a deicer, and a heat exchanger for the deicer manufactured by the method which manufactures heat exchange units having a refrigerant free duct unit by a press fit, a refrigerant passage unit connecting a space between heat exchange units, and an upper frame and a lower frame having a refrigerant intake tube and a refrigerant discharge tube formed in a single united body in each heat exchange unit formed on both ends; welds a joint of an upper and a lower frame by attaching the upper and lower frames to each other; and welds the upper and lower frames with a deicing unit by passing the deicing unit through the refrigerant free duct unit of the upper and lower frames. The present invention is able to form various shapes by manufacturing the upper and lower frames in a press fit method; shortens a manufacturing time of the upper and lower frames by forming the upper and lower frames by a simple press fitting operation; and has no inconvenience of separately welding a refrigerant unit, a refrigerant introduction tube, and a refrigerant discharge tube on the heat exchange unit as the heat exchange unit, the refrigerant passage unit, the refrigerant introduction tube, and the refrigerant discharge tube are formed on the upper and lower frames in a single united body during the press fitting operation. As such, the present invention has an advantage of easily manufacturing the heat exchanger by a simple process of welding a space between the deicing unit and the upper and lower frames by welding a joint of the upper and lower frames, and inserting the deicing unit into the refrigerant free duct unit while attaching the upper and lower frames to each other; and has an advantage of improving reliability of a product by reducing fraction defects by minimizing a welding part. |
