MANUFACTURING METHOD OF NES TYPE ZEOLITE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an NES type zeolite from a reaction mixture without using OSDA.SOLUTION: (1) An silica source, an alumina source and an alkali source and water are mixed to make a reaction mixture with a composition of SiO/AlO=20 to 100, NaO/SiO=0.11 to 0.2 and HO/SiO=5 to 50. (2) An EUO type zeolite having SiO/AlOratio of 10 to 50 and no organic compound is used as a seed crystal and added to the reaction mixture with percentage of 0.1 to 30 wt.% based on the silica component in the reaction mixture. (3) The reaction mixture to which the seed crystal is added is sealed and heated at 100 to 200°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
