PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bag a liquid material so as not to leave air while forming a bag from a rolled film, and to bag weight or the volume of the liquid material filled in the bag with high accuracy.SOLUTION: An automatic bagging machine is provided with a film feed roller group 2 for laterally overlapping by pulling out a film from a film roll 1, side seal heating rollers 3and 3for side-sealing front-rear ends of the laterally overlapped film, bottom seal heating rollers 4and 4for forming a bottom seal part by transversely heating the left-right films, an injection pipe 6 for injecting a liquid material between the left-right films formed in a cylindrical shape by a bottom seal, a liquid level sensor 10 for detecting a liquid level of the liquid material in a slightly upper position than the lower pipe end of the injection pipe, cutter rollers 5and 5provided under the bottom seal heating rollers, a regulation rod 8 of a swell restraining member provided between the bottom seal heating rollers and the cutter rollers and a regulation plate 9 of a swell preventive plate provided under the cutter rollers.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
