PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder head which is excellent in manufacturability, and a cylinder head structure.SOLUTION: A cylinder head 1 comprises an inner face 1is at which a combustion chamber 10 is formed, and an outside face 1os which opposes the inner face 1is, and is attached with a cover. The cylinder head also comprises an intake port 12p which introduces a gas containing air into the combustion chamber 10, and a tank part 12t which communicates with the intake port 12p, and is opened at the outer face 1os so as to form a space of a surge tank ST together with at least a part of an internal peripheral face of the cover. As the cover, there may be employed a surge tank cover 3T which integrally covers the outside face 1os, and covers an opening part 122 of the tank part 12t, and a cover 3A which covers an arrangement space of a dynamic valve system at the outside face 1os. The cylinder head 1 can reduce the number of points at which milling is performed compared with the case that an opening part of the intake port is formed at a side face of the cylinder head, and thus, is excellent in manufacturability.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
