PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vulcanizer and its central mechanism, and a tire vulcanizing method that can reduce parts for replacing a cylinder packing, cost for work, and generation of production stop loss.SOLUTION: A central mechanism of a vulcanizer for pneumatic tire manufacturing comprises an upper end holding part that holds an upper end of a bladder, a lower end holding part that holds a lower end of the bladder, and a cylinder that raises and lowers the upper end holding part and holds it at a predetermined height. A working fluid of the cylinder is nitrogen gas. The central mechanism of a vulcanizer is provided with a pressure control means that controls so that the working pressure of the nitrogen gas in the cylinder and the internal pressure of the bladder are equal. In a tire vulcanizing method, the upper end holding part is held at a predetermined height during vulcanization by controlling so that the working pressure of the nitrogen gas and the internal pressure of the bladder are equal, using the vulcanizer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
