PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise managing method and an exercise managing apparatus capable of quantitatively calculating a total exercise amount and the ratio between an aerobic exercise and an exercise without oxygen by using cumulative heart rate information of a user.SOLUTION: The exercise managing method comprises: a step S820 of determining a cumulative heart rate indicating a cumulative sum of heart rates on the basis of heart rate information of a user; a step S830 of analyzing an exercise performed by the user on the basis of the cumulative heart rate; and a step S840 of providing a result of the analysis to the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
