PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance productivity of a stabilizer with a rubber bush.SOLUTION: A stabilizer manufacturing apparatus for manufacturing a stabilizer 1 to which a rubber bush 3 is heating-adhered is equipped with: a cure furnace R; a conveyor C for conveying the stabilizer 1, in which the rubber bush 3 is pressure-welded onto an adhesion place of the stabilizer 1 at which an adhesive layer is formed, in a conveyance direction via the cure furnace R; power supply units 10a, 10b, 10c, 10d for supplying electric power to a coil used for high frequency induction heating; and coils 5a1, 5a2, 5b, 5c, 5d which generate a magnetic field at a heating object part of the stabilizer 1 near the adhesion place. The coils are so located on the heating object part of a prescribed number of stabilizers 1 which are conveyed in a conveyance direction, as to be separated from one another by only a prescribed distance, and an inner width of an end of the coil is larger than a breadth of the rubber bush 3, the end during conveyance is so formed as to be separated upwards or downwards from the rubber bush 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
