摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the friction coefficient with high accuracy without being affected by deformation resistance or mechanical loss in even a plastic region under high contact pressure.SOLUTION: A friction coefficient measurement device includes: a pressing punch 2 having a rectangular groove 21 at the tip; a back pressure punch 3 the central axis 1 of which is disposed coaxially with the pressing punch 2 and which has a rectangular tip protrusion 31 at the tip; and a pair of horizontal punches 4 disposed facing each other so as to hold the pressing punch 2 and the back pressure punch 3 therebetween. The pressing punch 2 is driven while the six faces of a rectangular parallelepiped test piece are restrained by a three-face constraint face 22 comprising the side and bottom faces of the groove 21 of the pressing punch 2, a one-face constraint face 32 comprising the tip face of the back pressure punch 3, and a two-face sliding surface 43 of the pair of horizontal punches 4, and each load of the pressing punch 2, back pressure punch 3, and horizontal punches 4 is measured when a test piece 5 slides on the sliding surface 43 of the horizontal punches 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
