PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building maintenance management system allowing customers to lightheartedly request maintenance work in relief and preventing the customers and contractors from unnecessarily worrying about settlement.SOLUTION: The building maintenance management system includes: a settlement medium issued by a settlement agent and possessed by a customer; a management communication terminal held by a business manager receiving a contact related to maintenance work of a building from the customer; a contractor portable terminal held by a contractor receiving the request of the maintenance work of the building from the business manager; and information recording unit capable of storing management information including order information transmitted from the management communication terminal, and contractor information including construction progress information and settlement information transmitted from the contractor terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
