PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cover glass capable of constituting window parts of different transmission factors with less kinds of materials and less steps.SOLUTION: Cover glass 11 comprises light transmissible first and second window parts 21 and 22. The cover glass 11 comprises a cover glass body 13, a light shielding film 14, a flattened film 15 and a transmissive film 16. The cover glass body 13 is formed tabular from glass. The light shielding film 14 shields light by covering at least a part of a position excluding positions corresponding to the first and second window parts 21 and 22, on one principal surface 13a of the cover glass body 13. The flattened film 15 is formed from a light permeable material. The flattened film 15 covers the light shielding film 14 in such a manner that thickness at the position corresponding to the first window part 21 becomes smaller than thickness at the position corresponding to the second window part 22. The transmissive film 16 is formed from the same material having a predetermined transmission factor on the flattened film 15 and covers the positions of at least the first and second window parts 21 and 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
