A person and machine matching device (1) stores in a machine type DB (15) machine types classified on the basis of machine operability, for each machine which runs in accordance with the operations of an operator. The person and machine matching device (1) assesses a compatibility between an operator type, which classifies an operator on the basis of the capability of the operator to cope with the machine operations, and the machine type classified on the basis of the machine operability. Further, on the basis of an assessment result obtained by assessing the compatibility between the machine type and the operator type of a specified operator, the person and machine matching device (1) creates and outputs compatibility assessment result information relating to the compatibility with the machines of which the machine type is stored in the machine type DB (15). |
