The present technology relates to a solid-state imaging device and an electronic device which enable improvement in the theoretical yield of chips. A pixel array is formed by arranging a plurality of pixels in a matrix. A drive control unit is provided for each of a plurality of pixel rows arranged in the pixel array. The drive control unit operates so as to simultaneously drive the pixels included in the plurality of pixel rows. The present technology is applicable to a CMOS image sensor provided with a plurality of A/D conversion circuits for each column of a pixel array. |
