A manifold base for an electromagnetic valve manifold, having: a supply communication passage that is communicated with a supply passage for supplying a compressed fluid, and also communicated with a supply port and a second output port that opens in an attachment surface of the manifold base; a first output communication passage that is communicated with an output passage connected to a fluid compressor, and also communicated with a first output port that opens in the attachment surface; a second output communication passage that is communicated with the output passage, and also communicated with a second exhaust port that opens in the attachment surface; and an exhaust communication passage that is communicated with an exhaust passage connected to the outside, and also communicated with a first exhaust port that opens in the attachment surface.
