Provided are an RNAi recombinant vector containing a Brassica rapa GIGANTEA (BrGI) gene or a fragment thereof, a transgenic plant with enhanced salt stress tolerance produced by transforming a plant with the vector, and a method of producing the transgenic plant with enhanced salt stress tolerance. By the use of the RNAi recombinant vector of the present invention, salt tolerance may be provided to the plant through regulation of the expression of a circadian rhythm gene, it is possible to develop crop adapting to a variety of environmental changes caused by climate changes to enable cultivation and maintain productivity.
