PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique by which rigidity and sealability of a casing of an in-wheel motor driving device are improved while suppressing a wall thickness of the casing from increasing as much as possible.SOLUTION: An casing constituting a contour of an in-wheel motor driving device includes: a first casing (22t) having a plurality of bolt seat parts (22s); a second casing (22a) having a plurality of female screw holes (76); and a plurality of bolts (71) that are passed to penetration holes (22v) formed in the plurality of bolt seat parts respectively and engaged with the female screw holes respectively so as to connect and fix the first casing to the second casing. Then, bolt seat surfaces (22w), on which openings of ends of the penetration holes are formed, which receive pressing force from head parts (73) of the bolts are formed protruding from a surface (22x) of the first casing, and on the surface of the first casing is formed a rib (22r) extending from one bolt seat part to the other bolt seat part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
