PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric device capable of maintaining the air tightness of a piezoelectric element and stably outputting an oscillation frequency of the piezoelectric element.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric device includes: a rectangular substrate 110 having a piezoelectric element mounting region X and an integrated circuit element mounting region Y; a piezoelectric element 120 mounted on the upper face of the piezoelectric element mounting region X; a lid 130 including a sealing base 130a and a sealing frame 130b provided to an outer peripheral edge of the lower face of the sealing base 130a; a joining member 150 provided between the lower face of the sealing frame 130b and the upper face of the piezoelectric element mounting region X of the substrate; an integrated circuit element 160 mounted on the upper face of the integrated circuit element mounting region Y of the substrate 110 and electrically connected to the piezoelectric element 120; and an insulating resin 180 provided to cover the upper faces of the piezoelectric element mounting region X and the integrated circuit element mounting region Y and the integrated circuit element 160.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
