PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an avoidance route search system, an avoidance route search device, an avoidance route search method and a computer program capable of providing a safe route by predicting the sudden change of a situation.SOLUTION: The avoidance route search system includes: search means for searching the route of a vehicle avoiding a passage difficult place on the basis of vehicle information including the dimension and weight of a vehicle, position information indicating the position of the vehicle, route information indicating the travel scheduled route of the vehicle and the topographic information of the travel scheduled route; means for acquiring the meteorological information of a range including the travel scheduled route; prediction means for predicting a passage inhibiting phenomenon on a road included in the route indicated by the route information on the basis of a distance from the position indicated by the route information, the topographic information and the meteorological information; and determination means for determining the presence/absence of a place where difficulty of passage is predicted on the route indicated by the route information by collating the vehicle information with the passage inhibiting phenomenon predicated by the prediction means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
