PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical vibration-proof device that is compact, and can restrict floating of a shift barrel even if a strong impact is applied, and to provide a lens barrel and camera system that use the optical vibration-proof device.SOLUTION: An optical vibration-proof device causing a vibration-proof element serving as an optical element or image pick-up element to move in a shift direction different from an advance direction of light and performing a vibration-proof operation curbing an image tremor, the optical vibration-proof device has: a base member; a shift member that holds the vibration-proof element, and is movable in the shift direction with respect to the base member; a drive unit for driving the shift member; and urging means that urges the shift member to the base member. In this case, in a restriction member allowing the shift member to be restricted to a displacement of a distance more than a certain distance in a reverse direction with respect to an urging direction of the urging means, the restriction member has at least one or more anchoring fastener unit and a floating restriction unit, and the floating restriction unit is overlapped on the urging means in an optical axis direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
