PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage information necessary for a business operator to provide service and information permitted to be opened by a customer in order to prevent personal information to be opened more than necessary.SOLUTION: When the user access a webpage of the business operator from which the service is to be received, a personal information disclosure button for disclosing the personal information necessary for the provision of the service is displayed on a screen of a user terminal. When the customer presses the personal information disclosure button, a server of the business operator transmits, to a personal information account management server, a request for acquiring the personal information of the customer stored in the personal information account management server. The personal information account management server, upon receiving the acquisition request, reads items of the personal information necessary for the service from a business operator information DB and extracts the personal information from a personal information DB on the basis of the items of the personal information, and then generates a disclosure information selection screen, in which the items of the personal information are listed, and transmits the screen to the customer terminal. The customer selects, from the displayed screen, the personal information for which disclosure is permitted.
