PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery which enables the suppression of excessive increase in seal line pressure with a simple structure, and enables the effective enhancement of endurance of an entire fuel battery.SOLUTION: In a fuel battery 10, a first film member 54 is provided on a first electrolyte membrane-electrode structure 16a. A convex seal part 42a of a first seal member 42 is located outwardly from a solid polymer electrolyte film 48 and abuts against a seal part 54b of the first film member 54, thereby forming an outer seal 58a. The first film member 54 is in close contact with a second separator 18 inwardly from the outer seal 58a, thereby forming an inner seal 58b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
