PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal-material composition superior in permeability of a cured product thereof after curing.SOLUTION: A seal-material composition comprises: (A) polysiloxane having silanol groups at both terminals and expressed by the formula (1); (B) a T type alkoxysilane partial condensate; (C) at least one kind of alkoxysilane partial condensate selected from a group consisting of Q type alkoxysilane partial condensates; and a phosphoric acid-based catalyst.
