PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a suitable technology for locally cooling a room or a specific region of a room.SOLUTION: A local cooling device is arranged at a place separating from a cooling target, so that the cooling target in a room or a specific region in the room is cooled so as to become an ambient temperature or less. A cooling source object maintained at a lower temperature than the cooling target prevents temperature rise of the cooling target and maintains a predetermined temperature, with heat transfer mainly caused by far-infrared ray radiation/absorption.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
