PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a Thomson element on the wall of a building or a mobile vehicle or on the inner surface of a window.SOLUTION: In an air conditioner using heat by radiation, generated in the wall or window of a building or a mobile vehicle, a three-dimensional structure is obtained by solidifying fine droplets discharged from a nozzle to the wall of a structure or the inner surface of a window. A Thomson element is manufactured by injecting metal ultrafine particles as a transparent metal, and ultrafine particles composed of tin oxide or indium oxide as an n-type semiconductor, in laminate, depositing in pattern and arranging three-dimensionally.EFFECT: As mentioned above, the method of manufacturing a Thomson element has extremely high industrial value, because the Thomson element can be manufactured in a short time, while the manufacturing cost is drastically reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
