PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an on-vehicle DCDC converter enhancing compaction and assemblability.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle DCDC converter includes an inverter circuit 10, a transformer 20, a rectifier circuit 30 having a rectifier element for rectifying a power transmitted to the secondary wirings 22, 23 of the transformer 20, a smoothing coil 41 and a smoothing capacitor 42, and a metal housing 106 for fixing them and becoming a return path of a current flowing through the rectifier circuit 30. A press-fit diode 101 having a pin 104, i.e., a cathode terminal, and a press-fit portion 103, i.e., an anode terminal, are used as the rectifier element. A sub-module 110 formed integrally by press-fitting the press-fit portion 103 of the press-fit diode 101 to the aperture 107a of a metallic fixing member 107 is connected electrically and mechanically with the metal housing 106, and the pin 104 of the press-fit diode 101 and the ends of the secondary wirings 22, 23 of the transformer 20 are connected directly.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
