PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation speed control system for a brushless DC motor which is adaptable to a change of a rotation speed over an extremely wide range.SOLUTION: The rotation speed control system for the brushless DC motor comprises a brushless DC motor 20, at least one Hall sensor component 11, an inverter circuit 12, a gate drive circuit 13 and a microcontroller 14. Rotation speed control effects can be achieved which are capable of outputting high torque during low-speed operation through a system for alternately driving coil circuits of two stators 21 and capable of outputting low torque during high-speed operation through a system for driving the coil circuit of any stator 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
