PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the degree of freedom in designing external equipment that is coupled via a coupling part.SOLUTION: A linear actuator 100 comprises: a first tube 10 with which a coil 41 held by a yoke 40 is provided insides; a second tube 20 which is provided in an outer circumference of the first tube 10; a rod 30 of which one end is fixed in an end portion of the second tube 20; a permanent magnet 31 which is held side by side with the rod 30 in an axial direction; and a coupling member 2 which is provided outside of the second tube 20 and to which the external equipment is coupled. The rod 30 includes a nonmagnetic substance 33 in the one end that is fixed to the second tube 20. The second tube 20 includes: an outer tube 21 that is formed along the outer circumference of the first tube 10; and a small diameter part 22A of which the diameter is smaller than that of the outer tube 21 and which is formed along an outer circumference of the nonmagnetic substance 33 of the rod 30. The coupling member 2 is disposed outside of an end face of the small diameter part 22A in the second tube 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
