PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily introduce a system for making it possible to easily make a call to a destination having a telephone number displayed on a screen of a user terminal by using another terminal differing from the user terminal.SOLUTION: An acquisition unit 111 acquires a page including a telephone number. An analysis unit 113 extracts, from the acquired page, the telephone number included in the acquired page. A link setting unit 114 sets a link to the extracted telephone number. A display processing unit 115 displays the page on which the link is set to the extracted telephone number. A transmission processing unit 116 transmits, when the telephone number having the set link on a displayed page is designated according to a user's operation, the designated telephone number.
