PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility management support device for rationally performing a facility management task by enabling a plurality of persons concerned to share information related to evaluation on a facility or improvement measures executed in accordance with the evaluation.SOLUTION: A facility management support device includes: a video extraction part 37 for extracting the video of an object area from a video in a facility; a video presentation part 52 for presenting the video of the object area to a first user; an individual evaluation information acquisition part 53 for acquiring individual evaluation information related to an evaluation result in the object area in accordance with the input of the first user; an evaluation tabulation information generation part 39 for tabulating the individual evaluation information in a designated period, and for generating evaluation tabulation information for displaying the evaluation results in the designated period in a list; an evaluation tabulation information presentation part 54 for presenting the evaluation tabulation information to a second user; an improvement execution information acquisition part 55 for acquiring improvement execution information related to the execution situation of the improvement measures in accordance with the input of the second user; and an improvement execution information presentation part 56 for presenting the improvement execution information to the first user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
