1. A stem pops to decorate the stem of stemware by attaching to along the length of the stem where the stem pops comprises a formable material;
where the formable material can be opened to allow the stem of stemware to be inserted into the stem pops; where once the stem of stemware is inserted into the stem pops, the formable material returns to its original shape around the stem of the stemware; where the stem pops can be reopened to allow the stemware to be removed from the stem pops; and where once the stem of the stemware is removed from the stem pops, the stem pops returns to its original shape to allow for reuse. |
