A double-weighing metering storage hopper is disclosed, comprising: a belt conveying mechanism (100); a hopper body (200) erected on the belt conveying mechanism (100), having a feeding port (220) provided close to a rear end in a conveying direction of the belt conveying mechanism (100) at the top of the hopper body (200) and having a discharging port (230) provided at a front end in the conveying direction of the belt conveying mechanism (100) at the bottom of the hopper body (200); a wide-range weighing mechanism (300) installed in the belt conveying mechanism (100), located close to the feeding port (220) of the hopper body (200) and vertically projected onto the belt conveying mechanism (100); and a small-range weighing mechanism (400) installed in the belt conveying mechanism (100) and located behind the discharging port (230) of the hopper body (200). The double-weighing metering storage hopper can meter accurately material in the storage hopper, a feeding adjustment is convenient, a requirement for stable feeding material during shaving board production is met, and follow-up glue mixing and a laying workshop section are performed stably. |
