Disclosed are a communication traffic account processing method and device thereof, the method comprising the following steps: establishing for a terminal user a communication traffic account associated with the terminal user, and storing communication traffic resource information corresponding to the communication traffic account; receiving an operation instruction of the terminal user for the communication traffic account, the operation instruction comprising a mobile communication identification code; identifying a communication service provider corresponding to the mobile communication identification code; establishing a connection with a system interface of the communication service provider, and transmitting the mobile communication identification code and the operation instruction of the user to the system interface of the communication service provider; receiving feedback information of the system interface of the communication service provider; and executing an operation for the communication traffic account according to the feedback information. The present invention can conveniently transfer traffic without being restricted by a carrier.
