The present invention relates to a network node and a user device. The network node (100) comprises a transceiver (101) configured to broadcast a first synchronisation signal on a dedicated frequency band, wherein the dedicated frequency band is common to a plurality of operators and wherein the first synchronisation signal indicates an identity of at least one operator among the plurality of operators. The user device (300) comprises a processor (301) and a transceiver (303); wherein the transceiver (303) is configured to receive a first synchronisation signal on a dedicated frequency band, wherein the dedicated frequency band is common to a plurality of operators and wherein the first synchronisation signal indicates an identity of at least one operator among the plurality of operators; wherein the processor (301) is configured to derive the identity of the at least one operator from the first synchronisation signal; and wherein the transceiver (303) further is configured to initiate an access procedure to a radio access network (600) of the at least one operator if the derived identity matches an identity in a list of operator identities for the user device (300). Furthermore, the present invention also relates to corresponding methods, a computer program, and a computer program product. |
