A personal care composition includes a structured cleansing phase and two separate benefit phases, wherein the first benefit phase containing a high viscosity benefit agent with an average particle size of about 50µm to about 500µm, wherein the second benefit phase comprises a low viscosity benefit agent with an average particle size of about 0.5µm to about 10µm.
