The present invention relates to a thruster motor power supply system in a floating offshore plant. The present invention provides a thruster motor power supply system in a floating offshore plant including: a transformer which transforms a voltage of an AC electricity, while being comprised in a smaller number than the number of thruster motors; and a single variable frequency driving part which converts the AC electricity supplied from the transformer into a DC electricity and then converts a corresponding DC electricity into a frequency variable AC electricity and then supplies the frequency variable AC electricity to the thruster motor. By the present invention, the thruster motor power supply system supplies power to the thruster motor economically, by supplying the power to the plurality of thruster motors by a simple configuration of a power facility in case of supplying the power to the thruster motor used in adjusting a position of the floating offshore plant to maintain a gap with an LNG ship in order to unload LNG stored in the floating offshore plant.
