A wireless communication apparatus includes a communication module and a location decision module. The communication module receives a location signal from an agent and anchor within a communication range. The location decision module includes a classifier for deciding whether the location signal is a line of sight (LOS) signal or a non-line of sight (NLOS) signal and a regressor for easing the bias of the NLOS in case the location signal is the NLOS signal. The location decision module calculates the average and variance of the location of the wireless communication apparatus itself based on the location signal. The present invention is designed to provide a wireless communication apparatus capable of determining location.
