PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a good balance of high generating efficiency, inexpensive manufacturing cost, dissolubility during sheet glass production, moldability, property of prevention of devitrification, handling easiness or the like on a glass substrate used for a compound semiconductor solar cell.SOLUTION: There is provided a glass sheet containing, by mass percentage in terms of oxide, SiOof 63 to 75%, AlOof 3 to 12%, MgO of 3 to 10%, CaO of 0.5 to 10%, NaO of 10 to 18%, KO of 0 to 8% with MgO/CaO of 0.65 or less. |
