PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an objective lens for a microscope that is well corrected for aberrations and features a wide field of view and large numerical aperture.SOLUTION: An objective lens 11 for a microscope comprises, in order from the object side, a first lens group G1 having positive refractive power, a second lens group G2 having positive refractive power, and a third lens group G3 having negative refractive power.
