PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to quickly and actively notify the user of a water server from a water business operator that receives order of an interchangeable raw water vessel.SOLUTION: The housing 110 of a water server 100 includes a detachable digital signage terminal 160. The terminal 160 is offered to a user in combination with the water server 100. Thus, a user that does not utilize the Internet 301 can be prompted to communicate with a water business operator A utilizing the terminal 160.
