PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize automatic setting of types of a converter.SOLUTION: The standard signal generator has an input circuit 30a including rectification circuits D1 to D4 rectifying an exciting current Iex, a resistor R1 between output terminals of the rectification circuits, and amplifier circuits U1, R2, and R3 outputting an output voltage VAD obtained by amplifying the voltages of both ends of the resistor R1. The standard signal generator further has control means, which determines the type of a converter of an electromagnetic flowmeter connected to the standard signal generator according to a voltage output from the input circuit 30a, generates a reference flow rate signal appropriate to the determined type, and outputs the signal to the converter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
