PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To not increase the circuit area, in a drive circuit employing both constant current drive system and on-resistance drive system.SOLUTION: A drive circuit 101 for driving a switching element by receiving a control signal includes a current mirror circuit including a PchMOSFET1 for connection with the control electrode of the switching element, and a PchMOSFET3 connected in current mirror with the PchMOSFET1, and feeding a mirror current thereto, and a potential change circuit connected with the PchMOSFET3, and changing the control potential of the PchMOSFET1 from the potential of the current mirror circuit during mirror operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
