PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an access point capable of improving throughput over a network where radio relay equipment is installed.SOLUTION: An access point 100 comprises a communication part 110 for receiving from radio relay equipment 150 connected via a wireless LAN information about the number of radio terminals to be communicated with a device via the radio relay equipment 150; a priority determination part 120 by which, if the number of radio terminals is more than a predetermined number, a priority of the radio relay equipment 150 is set higher than a priority set to other radio relay equipment with radio terminals less than the predetermined number; and a radio resource setting part 110 for setting radio resources corresponding to the priority that is set in the priority determination part 120 as radio resources to be used for communicating with the radio relay equipment 150.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
