Disclosed are a BOA-type liquid crystal panel and a manufacturing method therefor. The BOA-type liquid crystal panel comprises a first substrate (1), a second substrate (2) opposite the first substrate (1), a black matrix (12) arranged on the first substrate (1), a thin film transistor (13) arranged on the black matrix (12), a colour resistance layer (21) arranged on the second substrate (2), a common electrode layer (22) arranged on the second substrate (2) and the colour resistance layer (21), a light resistance spacer (23) arranged on the common electrode layer (22) and disposed between the first substrate (1) and the second substrate (2) and a liquid crystal layer (3) arranged between the first substrate (1) and the second substrate (2), wherein the black matrix (12) of the liquid crystal panel is arranged inside a groove (11) preformed in the substrate, so that the film thickness of the liquid crystal panel is uniform, and the display effect of the liquid crystal panel is improved. |
