Disclosed is a water purifier, comprising a water inlet pipe, a water outlet pipe, and a granular activated carbon filter cartridge, a melt blown polypropylene filter cartridge, a reverse osmosis membrane filter cartridge, and an activated carbon filter cartridge all connected in sequence. The invention also comprises a water-filtering barrel having a cover. The water-filtering barrel is connected between the water inlet pipe and the first filter cartridge. Disposed at the bottom or near the bottom portion of the side wall of the water-filtering barrel is a water-guiding pipe. The water-guiding pipe is connected to the filter cartridges. Disposed at the cover of the water-filtering barrel is a float level switch. A control valve is disposed at the water inlet pipe. The float level switch is connected to the control valve. When the float in the float level switch is at a low liquid level, the float level switch opens the water inlet pipe by means of the control valve, and when the float in the float level switch is at a high liquid level, the float level switch closes the water inlet pipe by means of the control valve. The water purifier of the present invention solves the problem in the prior art of frequent replacement of first grade melt blown polypropylene filter cartridge. |
