PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the possibility of secret information leakage by an illegal use of a camera function of a communication device if it is usable without restriction.SOLUTION: In a communication device 2, a position decision unit 42 decides whether or not the present position of the communication device is a preset position. A mode setting unit 44 controls an imaging unit to normally set to a restricted mode for restricting and prohibiting imaging by a user. If cancellation of restriction is decided by the position decision unit, the mode setting unit 44 switches to a cancellation mode for permitting the imaging. |
